Data Collection and Storage

The TRT Plus app does not track your usage or collect any personally identifiable information. All data you input, such as blood test results and biomarkers, is stored locally on your device as global variables. TRT Plus does not operate any servers, and no user data is stored or retained outside of your device by TRT Plus.

Data Processing and AI Integration

To provide personalized health reporting and recommendations, TRT Plus uses third-party AI services (OpenAI and xAI) to process your bloodwork data.

Bloodwork Image Processing: When you upload photos of your bloodwork, these images are sent to OpenAI's OCR service to extract biomarker values. These images may contain personal information such as your name, date of birth, or other identifying details printed on lab reports. OpenAI processes these images to extract the relevant biomarker data and does not retain the images beyond the processing period in accordance with their API data usage policies.

AI Health Analysis: The extracted biomarker values (without images) are then sent to xAI to generate personalized health insights and recommendations. This numerical health data does not include your name or direct identifiers.

Data Retention: Neither OpenAI nor xAI store your data beyond the immediate processing period. TRT Plus does not transmit any data to these services without your explicit action of uploading bloodwork or requesting AI analysis.

Third-Party Data Collection

When you make a purchase or use the TRT Plus app on a mobile device, the App Store and Google Play Store may collect certain data. These activities are managed by their respective platforms, over which we have no control. For more details, please refer to their privacy policies:
